Dr. Carter is welcoming a renewed collaboration with SMAL that would enable an artist to display artwork on the walls of the reception area in his rehabilitation clinic. Dr. Carter has an active practice that accommodates many local clients. This opportunity provides an individual St. Michaels Art League artist the benefit of designing a one-man show, and displaying their work to local clients of the clinic. There will be room for six framed paintings, wired for display, on existing nail hangers on the large walls of the reception area. Work that ranges in size from 9 x 12 to 24 x 30 would best enhance the space. Each month will feature a single SMAL artist.
Installation: Dr. Carter’s business hours would accommodate the artist to hang their work at the close of business on the last Friday of the month, between 12:00-1:30. The previous artist would pick up their paintings at the same time.
SMAL will display table top signage on a table in the reception corridor. Any sales are the responsibility of the artist and 20% commission from sales will be provided to SMAL. The artist may display business cards on the table. It will be the responsibility of the artist to survey the space to design their show, prior to hanging their show, and hang and remove their art at the appropriate time.
