About Us

Our Mission & Vision

For more than 25 years, the St.Michaels Art League, Inc. (the Art League) has been a presence in Talbot County. The core of the Art League’s mission is to seek ways to demonstrate to members of our community how their lives may be enriched through art.

The St. Michaels Art League will be a leading organization in the Mid-Shore Area to encourage artistic development and provide education that enriches lives through the creative arts.

SMAL is a volunteer organization and we encourage all our members to be involved. In addition to “making art,” there are many other opportunities to use skills in a creative way.
